3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Service Requests and Payments
Service requests are subject to professional availability. Pricing is determined based on service type, location, and scope of work. Payment is processed securely through our escrow system and released upon service completion confirmation.
5. Professional Conduct
All professionals on our platform are 1099 employees who have undergone background checks, skill verification, and AI-powered training. We maintain quality standards through ratings, reviews, and photo verification systems.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service requests according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bridge provides the platform for connecting customers and professionals. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for damages beyond the service cost. All services are insured and backed by our quality guarantee.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
